Shipping policy

Where we ship

• Free freight shipping to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
• Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: email us before ordering for a freight quote.
• We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Handling and transit time

• Orders are picked and crated within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.
• Freight transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on distance from the nearest warehouse (NC, NY, TX or CA).
• Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with the freight carrier name and tracking number once the crate leaves the warehouse. The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window for residential addresses.

Delivery details

• Delivery is curbside on a liftgate truck unless you request a dock or terminal pickup.
• The unit ships bolted to a wooden pallet; plan for a tractor, loader or two people to move it.
• Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.

Inspect before you sign

Freight damage is rare but it does happen. Walk around the crate before signing the delivery receipt. If you see crushed corners, torn shrink wrap or a shifted load, note it on the receipt and photograph it.

Email photos to contact@farmryworks.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement part or unit at no cost to you.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address corrections or reconsignment fees charged by the freight carrier after dispatch are passed on at cost. Refused deliveries are treated as a return under our returns policy.
