Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send a confirmation and the crate is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock has sold out, a price was listed in error, or the order fails fraud screening — and we refund any amount charged in full.

Product information

Specifications, weights and photographs are provided as accurately as we can. Minor design, hardware or finish revisions may occur between production runs. Verify tractor HP range, three-point category and PTO speed against your tractor before ordering.

Safe use of equipment

• Read the manual before first use and keep all guards, shields and the PTO shield in place.
• Operate only within the rated HP range and PTO speed, and keep bystanders well clear of the discharge area.
• The operator is responsible for safe assembly, hitching, inspection and use, and for complying with local regulations.

Intellectual property

The FarmryWorks name, logo, site copy, photography and layout are our property and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FarmryWorks' total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including downtime, lost work, or damage caused by misuse or unsafe operation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the shipping warehouse is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
