Warranty policy

What is covered

• Main frame and A-frame welds against cracking under normal operation.
• Gearbox and internal gears against manufacturing or material defects.
• Cutter disc and hub against defects in materials or workmanship.
• Missing or incorrect parts reported within 30 days of delivery.

What is not covered

• Normal wear items: carbide teeth, tooth bolts, belts, paint and decals.
• Damage from rock strikes, buried metal, concrete or operating beyond the rated tractor HP range.
• Damage from missing gearbox oil, skipped greasing or an incorrectly set PTO shaft length.
• Units modified, repaired with non-original parts, or used commercially beyond the stated duty rating.
• Freight damage, which is handled under the shipping policy instead.

How to file a claim

• Email contact@farmryworks.com with your order number, photos or a short video of the issue, and your tractor model and HP.
• We diagnose by email and, where covered, ship the replacement part free of charge.
• If a part cannot resolve the fault, we replace the unit or refund it at our discretion.

Parts availability

Carbide teeth, bolts, gearboxes and PTO shafts for the SG24Pro are stocked in the U.S. so a repair does not mean weeks of downtime. Out-of-warranty parts are available at cost plus shipping.

Limitations

This warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the product and does not cover labour, downtime, crop or property loss, or other indirect costs. It applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
